The kids loved the bike rental service, which allowed us to explore the area and enjoy some fun cycling adventures together. The cable programming in our room provided great entertainment for everyone, especially during the evenings when we wanted to relax and wind down. the location and amenities offered by the resort made our family trip a memorable one.
My children wanted more organized activities for kids, such as a kids' club or playground.

Not enough German channels on TV. Everything is closed out of season ... So it's obligatory to go to Kolberg. Parking lot not completed

Customer requests were taken into account, especially the stay with a dog requires arrangements for room cleaning etc.
The reception was 24 hours. staffed in one piece with the same employee, we perceive such working hours as borderline. The staff were exhausted, but were still friendly.

We had a great stay near the beach, with a nice pool and helpful staff. The hotel facilities were clean and parking was available. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and found transportation to be convenient.

The hotel offered generous wardrobe space and nice breakfast and dinner buffets. The hotel was also located very close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sandy shores and beautiful sea. my room had a refrigerator, which was an added convenience that I appreciated.
The towels were changed at seemingly random times and it was sometimes difficult to acquire more. the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim, which made applying makeup a challenge.

The location was great, very close to the beach. the lunch buffet was good and well priced. the parking was convenient and easy to find.
The hotel definitely needs some updating, it felt really outdated and tired. the breakfast was overcrowded and chaotic, and the food was subpar.
